Activity 1: I went through and my favourite song was Whakarongo Mai. I like it beacuse it is just calming.
Activity 2: Choose one game, and on your blog, tell us the (i) name of the game, (ii) the goal or purpose of the game, and (iii) two rules.
The name of the game is called Kōruru. The purpose of the game is hand and eye coordanation.
Rules: You have to throw a Knuckle bone in the air and while it is still in the air you have to grab the rest of the Knuckle bone.
And have fun.
Bonas Activity: Listen to these 3 songs and rate them first to third.
In first place is Te Matatini. I chose this because it was calming with a little bit of action.
Second place was Te Puku o Te Ika this one was just calming at the start and I didn't really enjoy it.
And in last place is Te Iti Kahurangi It was really just action, action, action and I didn't like it.
Well this is all I really loved this activity can't wait till tommorow. :)
Mōrena Bella,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your Day 4's activities. I love the kōruru too! We used to play when I was at primary school and it was so much fun. Do you play it while you're on holiday?
I also see on the side of your blog that you've had over 5000 views on your page! That is awesome that so many people have viewed your blogposts.
I like how you described why you did or didn't like the music. Do you have a favourite music artist? Keep up the great work! I hope you're really enjoying the Summer Learning Journey so far.

Hello Bella,
ReplyDeleteI love your blog post. I like how you choose Koruru I choose poi Ruku. Do you remember playing it at school? When we judged I think you did the right decision because it was hard to choose but I gave Te Puku o Te Ika first because they had great vocals and it was a memorial for the person in the photo. I love you blog post Bella bye!!!
